RULES

Each rider fully responsible for their rides and must follow the race regulations

 

Registration

 

Registration is free. Applications will be accepted until 01.05.23. Each participant must send the following information to race1400event@gmail.com


Full name, place of residence, email and indicate participation option (full or partial race)

 

If you are participating in a partial race - please indicate the number of rides planned and the dates of those rides. Please include "RACE 1400" in the email title.

During the ride


⦁ Cyclists should carry tools and spare parts for minor roadside repairs.
⦁ Personal support vehicles are not allowed 
⦁ A helmet must be worn at all times while riding
⦁ Front and rear lights are required at all times if riding before sunrise or after sunset 
⦁ A reflective vest or torso belt/reflective tape is also recommended for night riding
⦁ Aerobars allowed
⦁ Cyclists are encouraged to bring food and a supply of water to reduce the number of stops  


After each ride


All rides must be recorded with a bicycle computer or smartphone and uploaded to Strava or any other app on the day of the ride no later than 24:00 PM. Rides without uploaded online gpx data will not be counted. The following information must be publicly available: total distance, average speed, elapsed time (total ride time), and start time. This information will be used to compile a list of RACE 1400 finishers.
